In this time of Pandemic and uncertainty, I think we all need to take our own silver lining’s and create YOUR own positive, just for the time being .

When open in the boutique, I found myself having similar conversations with my clients, obviously the main topic at the moment being the pandemic, but I found myself saying the same few sentences, and it is because I genuinely believe it . What I would found myself saying was, ” We all just need to find our own positive out of this, use this time to get things done around the house that you would never usually have the money to do, because money is usually tied up going on holidays , bringing the kids on holiday’s and more activities and adventures at weekends ect. Although it is really shit that we have to now think of putting these luxuries and adventures on hold, use this time, and money to finally get the project in the house, or out the back, that has been niggling at you for years, but there never seems to be the time, until now , when we are stuck at a halt , forced to adapt, and create our own positives .

Mine – is most definitely starting my family , this is the year that we had planned to start our family, and we have been so fortunate that it is working out that way.

My positive is, for the next couple of years (as I think its healthy to accept and foresee that we could be like this for the next couple of years) I am going to start my family and really enjoy every second of it. Enjoy becoming a mother , and Dug becoming a father, appreciating that we have been granted a bit of time to slow down, and appreciate the smaller things in life, the people and surroundings closest to us.

So this is my positive, I am going to use this time to whack out a couple of babies, its a pandemic what else would you be doing??? only joking, but you get my drift, I’m sure if we focus our energy on thinking of our own little positives, it will be amazing what we can achieve in the next couple of years, and please god it will fly by, we will be out the other side, and talking about the next big disaster in the world, like did you see what Trump said yesterday ???
