I had the most amazing experience in Vale, a beautiful day spa in a gorgeous, tranquil location. Róisín gave me the most wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage which was so needed from carrying my newborn around all day. The pressure of her massage and attention to specific pain points made it truly blissful. I came away floating!! I will be back again soon!!
